Box System for SLA and FDM Additive Technologies for Prototype Production II.

Delivery of three boxes for the installation of 3D printers and related technologies, supplemented by a storage system for long-term storage of filaments under controlled conditions. Each box is designed for the safe operation of SLA or FDM technologies, specifically for the capture, filtration, or discharge of vapors generated during printing and curing. The boxes must be suitable for VOC-generating materials and ensure their capture or discharge to prevent exceeding workplace exposure limits. If relevant, the box design must allow connection to an exhaust duct; the offer must then include a complete exhaust solution, including the design and delivery of ducting, fume hoods or other extraction elements, and any filtration or ventilation devices that are not direct components of the boxes. Also included is a storage system for accessories necessary for the operation and maintenance of the printing devices, including equipment for handling resins and other auxiliary tools. The scope of services also includes transport to the installation site, assembly of the devices, and, depending on the technical solution, connection to the ventilation system and functional testing of the entire system.
