Includes site setup with lump-sum site establishment, 30 m construction fence with 1 gate, 1 sanitary container, 1 unit mobile construction power, 1 work platform, protection measures for 50 m² (surface) and 50 m (linear) building components, 120 m² dust protection wall, 6 zip doors, 80 hours industrial vacuum cleaner. Fire protection works include demolition and removal of 7 units door elements/doors/door leaves, supply and installation of 7 units steel F30 interior doors, retrofitting interior doors with 50 m sealing and 100 m milled sealing, 20 m doubling of door strips, 4 units overhead door closers, 3 units door closing systems, 6 units F90 fire protection casing (box), 30 m² F90 fire protection wall casing (single or double planked), closing of 5 units F90 door openings (single or double planked), 100 m permanently elastic jointing. Documentation includes a short report of the measures carried out. Works on a verifiable basis.
