Fire protection planning and construction supervision for the new construction of a fire and rescue service school, BA2, Aidenbachstraße 7, 81379 Munich: The new building replaces the existing fire school and enables comprehensive training with classrooms for theoretical content as well as various exercise, simulation, and training facilities for practical education. The user requirements program includes a gross floor area of approx. 32,000 m². A concept for technical equipment, including necessary foundations, is to be developed in cooperation with various specialist planners and according to the user requirements program. Technical functional areas are to be designed and dimensioned according to the resulting requirements, brought into alignment with the overall design, and allocated according to usage areas. The goal is to develop an integrated project for architecture, building physics, sustainability, and building services. Solutions for summer heat protection, ventilation, air conditioning, and provisions for heavy rainfall events and water management are to be combined into a holistic concept, with technically simple and passive concepts preferred over plant-based solutions. Close consultation with a separately commissioned climate designer is expected. A first construction phase, consisting of the fire house, breathing apparatus workshop, and breathing apparatus training facility, is not part of this tender.
