This includes managing risks related to employment relationships, taxation, chain liability, and false self-employment, ensuring transparency in rates and margins, and advising on labor market developments, legislation, and suitable contract forms. Further services include facilitating mini-competitions, providing management information and periodic reports, and supporting compliance with relevant laws (Wet DBA, Wtta) and the transition of existing personnel secondments.
