Brokerage Services for Staffing

Brokerage services for the recruitment of external support staff: interim professionals, seconded staff, and freelancers for support functions. The service includes intermediary services (sourcing, recruitment, candidate selection via a supplier network and direct freelancer acquisition), contract management (complete administrative, contractual, and financial processing including hiring risk management), and transition and implementation (migration of ongoing contracts, implementation of work processes and system integrations). Scientific staff and specific fields such as ICT, medical, and legal are excluded. The framework agreement is expected to start on January 1, 2027, with an initial duration of 2 years, and offers the option for two extensions of 1 year each, up to a maximum total duration of 4 years.
