Bridge Maintenance 2026-2027

Bridge maintenance works: Repair works on substructures, superstructures, accessories, insulation and pavement systems, drainage systems, expansion joints, and corrosion protection coatings of bridges and culverts, based on ad-hoc orders. The contracting authority manages 6,447 bridges (98% for vehicles, 2% for pedestrians/bicycles). Approximately 50-70 ad-hoc orders are expected annually for vehicle bridges, and 1-5 for bicycle bridges. The expected minimum intervention length for carpet expansion joints is 20 meters, and for rubber profile expansion joints is 15 meters. The framework agreement has a maximum volume of net 2,500,000,000 HUF, with a call-off obligation of 70%. Specific quantities and technical requirements will be defined in the ad-hoc orders. Deadlines depend on 4 categories in the technical description; partial deadlines are possible. Equivalent products are permissible.
