Fountain renovation for the Town Hall forecourt in Lugau

Construction services for the renovation of an existing fountain system: traffic safety, preparation of the existing fountain basin including demolition of the basin cladding, delivery and installation of 1 pc pump shaft with concrete cover (incl. dome shaft, access aid, stainless steel ladder), delivery and installation of 1 pc stainless steel access ladder, 1 pc stainless steel pump sump, 1 pc stainless steel technical shaft cover 800x800; creation of 8 pcs pipe penetrations and 4 pcs core drillings; delivery and installation of 4 pcs sealing inserts; 45.0 m PP KG pipe DN 100 (incl. bends and branches); delivery and installation of 1 pc stainless steel fountain basin lining (approx. 27.4 m²); cleaning/repair of 25 pcs spouts; delivery and installation of 1 pc fountain pump in block design (incl. stainless steel pump console, suction line DN40, stainless steel V4A pump water distributor); 30.0 m PE-HD pipe for fountain DN 25 (incl. fittings and connectors); delivery and installation of 1 pc PE water reservoir 400 l (incl. bottom drainage, overflow standpipe, stopper, dirt sieve); delivery and installation of 1 pc stainless steel filter basket for return (incl. suction filter basket, filter housing); delivery and installation of 1 pc air conditioning unit (adsorption technology) (incl. accessories, shaft ventilation system); delivery and installation of 1 pc submersible motor pump for wastewater with level control (incl. check valve, manifold, backflow preventer); delivery and installation of 1 pc fresh water replenishment fittings/accessories (incl. globe valve, system separator outlet valve, 2-way ball valve, water level sensor with 3 electrodes, water level relay); delivery and installation of 1 pc control unit for fountain (incl. cabling system, electrical connection work, pressure-tight cable glands); delivery and laying of 50.0 m round VA stainless steel earth line and 15.0 m NYY 1 x 10 mm² earth cable. Planning services include the drawing-based structural verification for the stainless steel fountain cladding. Execution periods: start 05.10.2026, end 25.06.2027, completion of fountain chamber and supply lines by 11.12.2026. Alternative bids and submission of multiple main bids are not permitted. Security for defect claims amounts to 3% of the gross invoice total. Joint ventures are jointly and severally liable. Qualification proofs are provided via prequalification or self-declaration of suitability (form 124) with at least 3 reference certificates (form 444), trade registration, liability insurance, tax clearance certificate, professional association clearance certificates, health and social insurance clearance certificates, professional register entry details, insolvency/liquidation information; further items as per the tender documents.
