Implementation of the System for Processing Subsidies and Refunds SODiR 3.0: functional analysis, system construction including data migration from SODiR 2.0 and PAWOR, implementation workshops, production launch and stabilization, and creation of post-implementation documentation. Also, technical assistance and maintenance for the SODiR 3.0 system (basic order and option). Furthermore, modifications and development of the SODiR 3.0 system as an option with a maximum limit of 60,000 man-hours. The contractor must provide warranties and guarantees, transfer proprietary rights and related rights, and provide licenses for the use of the works. For certain ongoing support activities, employment of personnel under an employment contract is required; further items as per the tender documents.
