Office Supplies for Etelä-Savo Wellbeing Services County

Delivery of office supplies for the operating units of the Etelä-Savon Wellbeing Services County (Eloisa) in Hirvensalmi, Juva, Kangasniemi, Mikkeli, Mäntyharju, Puumala, Savonlinna, Sulkava, Enonkoski, Rantasalmi, and Pieksämäki. Delivery occurs via two methods: 1. Shelf stocking service: monthly replenishment of 2 office supply cabinets/rooms at Mikkeli Central Hospital and 1 office supply cabinet/room at Savonlinna Hospital. The supplier monitors consumption and orders necessary quantities at least one week before the next delivery. 2. Online store orders: products not covered by the shelf stocking service are ordered through an online store set up and maintained by the supplier. Orders are delivered every two weeks and must be packed per order. The product selection can be adjusted as needed.
