Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for awarding specific contracts for the supply of office furniture, metal furniture, and interior equipment. Contracts awarded within the DPS include the supply of commercially available products, primarily from CPV groups 390 and 391, as well as related services such as delivery to the specified location including unloading, collection, and ecological disposal of used consumables. The contracting authority may also use other specific CPV codes from the mentioned or other groups for classifying goods or services as needed. Specific contracts will be tendered via the DPS based on invitations to tender. The exact specification of the contract subject will be detailed in the respective invitation to tender in accordance with the procurement documents. The awarding of specific contracts within the DPS will occur at indefinite, irregular intervals, depending on current needs.
