Requirements include good quality, comfort, and ergonomic design with durable and easy-to-clean surfaces, a uniform appearance, and suitability for flexible use and simple re-furnishing. Estimated value per municipality: Harstad 8,000,000 (maximum 12,000,000), Tjeldsund 2,400,000 (maximum 4,000,000), Lødingen 1,400,000 (maximum 3,000,000), Kvæfjord 1,400,000 (maximum 3,000,000), Ibestad 1,400,000 (maximum 3,000,000).
