Training on Business Continuity Management (BCM): Imparting the fundamentals and importance of BCM, identification of risks and potential crisis scenarios, identification of business-critical processes, minimization of downtime, ensuring operational capability, development of a basic understanding for building a Business Continuity Plan, knowledge of central requirements of international standards such as ISO 22301. Framework agreement with a term until 12.04.2029, with an extension option for up to 1 year. Up to two call-offs per year are planned.
