Creation of a C-ITS Roadmap for Baden-Württemberg: The roadmap serves as a strategic planning instrument to identify future C-ITS applications on federal and state roads, the necessary technical, legal, and organizational requirements, and the state's role in implementation. The project includes the investigation of framework conditions, use cases, technical systems, cost-benefit aspects, and implementation/rollout strategies, compiled into a robust, product-neutral, and updateable roadmap. The undertaking is closely linked to the establishment of the Traffic Management Center Baden-Württemberg (VMZ BW) and the further digitalization of traffic management.

Analysis Platform for Traffic Management System

The subject of the procurement procedure is the development, setup, operation, and further development of IT components of an analysis platform (Analyseplattform BW) for a traffic management system (VMS BW) of the Ministry of Transport Baden-Württemberg. The service includes software programming and consulting as well as the provision of IT components for use by the contracting authority. Core tasks include the analytical processing of traffic-relevant data, the integration of Floating Car data and datasets from the Mobilithek via standardized formats (DATEX II), and the provision of dashboard functions.
