Concierge Services for the CEA/Cesta Site

Concierge services for the CEA/Cesta site: The service will be provided in a secure area of approximately 25 m² adjacent to the staff restaurant, equipped with a counter area and storage space. Included are dry cleaning, ironing, shoemaking, sewing, support for administrative procedures (e.g., vehicle registration, technical inspection), parcel sending and receiving, car washing and cleaning, organization of technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs for vehicles, delivery of fruit/vegetable/meat baskets (once a week or as needed), specific orders for bread and pastries. Furthermore, the mediation of service providers such as babysitting, housekeeper, gardener, tutoring, IT repair, the operation of a mini-shop selling stamps, tissues, tights, plasters, coffee, jam, honey, coffee capsules, tea, postal services (daily franking and submission of registered mail upon request), flower deliveries, special offers, and the organization of on-site animations (estimated 3 per year, including Candlemas, summer market, and Christmas market). Access to services is via an internet portal (including smartphone version), a telephone number (accessible during working hours, cost of a local call), and a physical concierge desk (open 49 weeks per year, Monday to Friday). Monthly dashboards are to be submitted to the CEA contract manager. The contract duration is 3 years (firm) with an optional extension of 2 years. Additionally, an optional 1-month incoming reversibility period and an optional 2-month outgoing reversibility period are foreseen.
