Rental container facility: 27 thermally insulated containers, fully equipped, stacked on 3 floors (9 containers per floor), to be erected on a client-provided foundation; individual container dimensions approx. 6.05 m x 2.50 m x 2.80 m (L x W x H), total facility dimensions approx. 22.50 m x 6.05 m x 8.88 m (L x W x H). Ground floor access via a steel walkway with grating, 1st and 2nd floors via an external steel staircase with walkway and grating. The facility includes on the ground floor: 7 wet cells/changing rooms, 1 technical room, 1 first-aid room; on the 1st floor: 7 wet cells/changing rooms, 1 storage room, 1 drying room; on the 2nd floor: 9 office containers with a kitchenette. Media connections to client-provided lines are required. Rental period 31 months.
