Modernization of a Waste Processing Line in Zielona Góra
Modernization of an existing selective waste sorting line: includes design, delivery, and assembly of equipment, along with necessary accompanying works. These comprise the demolition of existing technological equipment (channel conveyors, sorting cabin, channel press, sorting conveyors with support structure), disposal of the dismantled material (by the client), site cleanup, and execution of necessary tests and measurements. The delivery, unloading, and assembly of new technological equipment includes: a single-shaft shredder for opening bags of selectively collected waste, a ballistic separator, two NIR optopneumatic separators (two-part) with a compressor station, two sorting cabins, an Fe metal separator, an nFe metal separator, a channel baling press with a perforator, a system of reversible and channel transport conveyors, bunker conveyors, sorting conveyors, storage boxes, a ventilation/dust extraction system (modernization of the existing installation), support structures, platforms, escape ladders, a complete visualization and control system, a computer set with an operator station, power supply for technological cabinets from the existing building distribution board, and power supply and control cabinets. Further services include the renovation of the foreman's room, installation of fire protection measures (including a fire alarm system), protective layers and anti-corrosion protection for steel elements, site cleanup after completion of works, commissioning of the installation, training of client personnel, preparation of as-built documentation, and post-completion documentation. The tender is classified as a supply contract for machines and equipment, with construction and installation works (demolition, assembly, electrical installation replacement, adaptation to fire protection requirements) considered auxiliary services. The goal is to adapt the line to current BAT requirements, ensure required recycling rates, reduce landfill waste, automate the sorting process, increase occupational safety, and optimize waste management costs.
