Roofing, Carpentry, and Plumbing Work for Building Straße der Republik 2B, Wiesbaden

Carpentry work: approx. 43 m³ KVH NSi for pitched roof constructions on the 4th and 5th floors, approx. 2,400 linear meters of cut rafters, purlins, and block timbers, approx. 1,200 m² roof boarding, battens, counter-battens, and internal roof boarding, approx. 1,200 m² insulation (between-rafter and on-rafter insulation), approx. 33 m² timber frame walls. Roofing work: approx. 1,200 m² double standing seam roofing for roofs made of pre-patinated titanium zinc sheet, approx. 300 linear meters of snow guard system with clamping brackets, 1 unit smoke extraction roof window including control and commissioning. Roof drainage and plumbing work: approx. 55 linear meters of suspended box gutters, approx. 130 linear meters of concealed box gutter including emergency sealing and gutter heating, approx. 350 linear meters of downpipes as composite pipes, concealed installation including bends, standpipes, and connection to main drainage, approx. 17 linear meters of gutter renewal for the hose tower (monument), approx. 70 linear meters of downpipes for the hose tower made of titanium zinc. Rope safety system: 1 unit of rope safety systems for pitched roof areas on the 4th and 5th floors. Maintenance work is also included.
