Roof sealing and covering: approx. 1,500 m² flat roof with rock wool thermal insulation and two-layer bitumen sealing, approx. 1,500 m² extensive green roof, 7 skylights of various sizes as smoke and heat exhaust systems (RWA) for roof openings, a modular skylight strip consisting of 12 modules each 1 m/2.2 m, fall protection systems as rope systems approx. 350 m, substructure for PV systems as a raised system approx. 91 units, various plumbing works, an electrical pigeon deterrent system with approx. 220 m high-voltage cable, an irrigation system for the extensive green roof with approx. 2,800 m drip hose, and maintenance work. The construction is in an inner-city area, and the site setup must be adapted to local conditions.
