Demolition works: Dismantling of the flat roof structure over the ground floor gym of approx. 150 m² (sloping lightweight concrete approx. 11 cm, vapor barrier, Styrodur 12 cm, 3-layer roofing felt, gravel 8 cm), including disposal; dismantling of wall coverings of the flat roof parapet over the ground floor approx. 40 m; dismantling of the flat roof connection to rising walls approx. 35 m; dismantling of the flat roof connection to parapet upstands approx. 40 m. Sealing works: Sealing of flat roofs over the ground floor approx. 410 m² (bitumen vapor barrier, rock wool insulation, bitumen roofing membranes); heavy surface protection made of washed rolled gravel 5 cm approx. 410 m²; terrace slab 50/50/5 cm chamfered grey on grit bed approx. 45 m². Roof drainage: Roof inlet and emergency drainage approx. 16 units. Stack ventilators / vent pipes / ventilation pipes: approx. 3 units. Flat roof window: Flat roof window, "fixed" design, dimensions 125 x 125 cm approx. 1 unit. Carpentry works: Parapet elevation 200x180 mm made of KVH squared timber and cavity insulation approx. 40 m; parapet elevation 250x100 mm made of KVH squared timber approx. 45 m. Plumbing works: Parapet covering made of powder-coated aluminum, cut approx. 750 mm approx. 90 m; roof drainage with downpipes DN 100 titanium zinc 0.7 mm approx. 45 m. Fall protection: Drive-over cable safety system for flat roof edge approx. 65 m.
