Roof sealing works for the new construction of AKK

Roof sealing works for an extensively greened warm roof with photovoltaic modules on a three-story reinforced concrete extension, including sealing of the technical center on the roof of the 'Übergang Nord' (light steel construction with trapezoidal sheet metal roof and sandwich elements). The construction project will be carried out while maintaining ongoing hospital operations; access via Lisztstraße, with all entrances and emergency routes to be kept clear. Demolition and connection works must be considered accordingly; further items as per the tender documents.
