Roof Waterproofing Renovation for Kötzschau Primary School Sports Hall

Roofing work for the renovation of the sports hall roof waterproofing at Kötzschau Primary School: Construction of a 280 m² temporary road, installation, maintenance, and removal of 100 m protective fence, 780 m² facade scaffolding, and 110 m roof edge protection scaffolding. Demolition and disposal of 700 m² flat roof waterproofing made of bitumen sheets, 700 m² flat roof insulation made of polystyrene, and 700 m² vapor barrier made of bitumen sheets. Delivery of 2.5 m³ construction timber, framing/laying of 100 m timber. Application of 700 m² primer, 700 m² vapor barrier made of bitumen sheets, 280 m insulation layer made of PS rigid foam molded parts, 250 m² tapered insulation layer made of PS rigid foam, 660 m² underlay membrane, and 660 m² top layer membrane. Installation of 55 m titanium zinc suspended gutter with accessories and 35 m downpipes with accessories. Cladding of 35 m² with cement building boards. Installation of 100 m² mineral wool insulation layer at ridge and verge, 100 m² reinforcement plaster, and 100 m² top coat plaster and leveling coating. Location of execution is 06237 Leuna, Bahnhofstraße 26. Execution periods: start 28.09.2026, completion 20.11.2026. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid; multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Required securities: 5 % of the gross settlement amount for contract performance, 3 % of the gross settlement amount for warranty. Bidding consortia must be jointly and severally liable and appoint an authorized representative. Proof of suitability includes pre-qualification or self-declaration, proof of professional competence according to VOB/A §6a para. 2 No. 1-9, exemption certificate, and business liability insurance.
