EPS including connections, approx. 6 m² tapered insulation 140 mm (avg.) PIR including connections, approx. 31 m² bituminous roof waterproofing (2-layer) including parapet waterproofing and mechanical surface and edge fixation, approx. 13 m parapet capping (titanium zinc), approx. 5 m roof edge capping (titanium zinc), roof drainage system including roof drains, downpipe (titanium zinc) and standpipe, fittings for wastewater and media conduits, approx. 25 m² protection and gravel layer, and a fall protection system as a permanent stainless steel anchor point system including sealing collar. The execution period is from February 9 to March 17, 2027. The circle of participants is already determined; applications are no longer possible.
