Roofer and plumber works for the renovation of the Kronenboden at Landestheater Altenburg: preparation of a roof plan (1 lump sum); roofer works include uncovering and disposing of 225 m² roof boarding and underlay, delivery and installation of 225 m² roof boarding and underlay, creation of 220 m² pitched roof slate covering (Altdeutsche Deckung) including eaves, ridge, verge, hip, creation of 225 m² semi-conical roof slate covering (Altdeutsche Deckung) including hip, delivery and installation of 2 roof windows including flashing, drive, and louvered shading, installation of 8 m ridge ventilator with integrated expanded metal. Plumbing works include removal of 95 m gutters and downpipes, creation of 45 m suspended gutters for pitched and conical roofs, creation of 48 m downpipe including downpipe bend, creation of 8 temporary rainwater drainage units, creation of 30 m steel covering for verge, parapet, and cornice, creation of 15 m underlying valley for dormer, creation of 32 m lug connection. Other services include erecting, removing, and maintaining a protective wall for the roof area (35 m), creation and installation of a weather protection tarpaulin (450 m²), installation of 300 lightning protection units and 50 safety roof hooks, and creation of a 2 m² slate sample area.
