Roofing works for the renovation of Stadthaus Paderborn

Roof waterproofing works for the renovation of Stadthaus Paderborn (building sections A to C): production and renewal of flat and pitched roof waterproofing, vapor barriers, thermal insulation, tapered insulation, and waterproofing with synthetic membranes; connection and detail formations on attics, roof edges, penetrations, and rising building components including wind uplift protection; plumbing works such as titanium zinc coping, delivery and installation of roof drains, emergency overflows, and ventilation elements; creation of extensive green roofs on designated areas. Estimated scope: approx. 1,000–1,200 m² roof waterproofing (flat and pitched roof areas), approx. 1,000 m² vapor barriers and thermal insulation, approx. 1,000 m² tapered insulation, approx. 150 linear meters of attic and edge connections, approx. 150 linear meters of titanium zinc coping, several roof drains, emergency overflows, and ventilation penetrations, extensive green roofs including protection, drainage, and filter layers as well as vegetation carrier layers on partial areas.
