Plumbing works include parapet drains main/emergency DN 70/100 approx. 10 units, eaves flashing and half-round gutters approx. 100 m, steel downpipe DN 70 approx. 35 m, titanium zinc downpipe DN 70/100 approx. 40 m, and parapet and wall coverings approx. 80 m. Green roof works and substructure for solar system: extensive green roof construction for hard roofing approx. 260 m², gravel strips and areas approx. 90 m², load-bearing solar mounting system (for area approx. 90 m²) approx. 48 units, and fall protection cable system (for roof area approx. 300 m²) approx. 12 units.
