Roofing work for Gernrode Sports Hall

Roofing work for the renovation of a sports hall in Gernrode: 1-story solid building with an annex, flat roof, and glazed facade. Building footprint sports hall approx. 22.65m x 45.50m with height approx. 7.50m, annex approx. 6.50m x 45.50m with height approx. 3.70m, height top edge of ground to top edge of roof approx. 7.5 m. Metal work on the hall roof includes the renovation of the covering of the circumferential approx. 350 cm wide roof overhang, replacement of the worn aluminum wave sheet metal covering, renewal of roof edge connections and finishes, including dismantling and disposal of old constructions. Repair of skylights on the annex's flat roof, including replacement of worn round skylights (dome and mounting frame) and addition of fall protection. Maintenance of the extensive green roof by clearing and re-gravelling roof edge areas and removing intensive vegetation.
