For the BAZ operations building, approx. 1,200 m² of roof sealing works including vapor barrier and waterproofing, main and emergency drainage, core drillings, ventilation and exhaust fans, renovation fans, water collection boxes, approx. 83 m water drainage pipes, 3 units rooflights and 1 unit smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system (RWA), approx. 990 m² extensive green roof construction. For the OUTDOOR STORAGE, approx. 260 m² of roof sealing works including vapor barrier and waterproofing, main and emergency drainage, core drillings, ventilation and exhaust fans, renovation fans, water collection boxes, approx. 23 m water drainage pipes, approx. 73 m fall protection cable system, approx. 240 m² extensive green roof construction. Additionally, approx. 630 m² of base plate waterproofing with bitumen welding membrane and a maintenance flat rate for 2x annual roof maintenance.
