Roof Sealing Works for New Fire Station Rietberg

Roof sealing works for the Rietberg fire station: Sealing and drainage of two flat roof areas with a total surface of approx. 2,300 m². Sealing of the base plate in the administration and ancillary areas on a surface of approx. 1,500 m². Installation of vapor barrier, insulation, and sealing layers on the roof surfaces: approx. 1,457 m² thermal insulation, tapered insulation, and two-layer bitumen waterproofing on the single-story building section, approx. 848 m² on the vehicle hall. Production of all attics, wall connections, roof edge formations, and aluminum coping with a total length of approx. 325 m. Roof drainage via a pressure flow system with main and emergency drainage, including 24 roof drains, parapet drains, spouts, necessary piping, and ventilation elements. Sealing of plinths, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and all roof penetrations. Delivery and installation of a flat roof access hatch with fall protection and a penetration-free attached roof railing with a length of approx. 325 m.
