Roof repair for the 94th Secondary School „Dimitar Strashimirov“ in Sofia: Renovation of the pitched roof of the two-story solid construction school building (built-up area 1,444 m², total built-up area 4,332 m²) with wooden structure and ceramic tiles. Works include dismantling of the roof covering, flashings, gutters, collection boxes, and downpipes, execution of construction and assembly works including material supply, machinery, labor, and all necessary services/activities according to technical specification and bill of quantities, as well as supply and installation of new roof covering, flashings, gutters, collection boxes, and downpipes. Warranty responsibility according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2003 is required. The scope of services comprises 38 positions according to the bill of quantities and technical specification.
