Roof Renovation for Espoo Cultural Centre

Roof renovation for Espoo Cultural Centre: Repair of the bitumen membrane roof over an area of approximately 3,500 m², renewal of roof accessories, building services on the roof, eaves flashings, and waterproofing, correction of the slopes of eaves and HVAC equipment foundations. The contract is awarded as a general contract, with the contractor acting as the main contractor and principal contractor according to the Government Decree on Safety in Construction Work (2009/205). Preliminary contract period is from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The site remains operational during the works. A penalty table, final cleaning instructions, and dust control instructions as per Appendix 1 'Urakkaohjelma' must be observed. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a bid. The contracting authority is not bound by the stated procurement quantities.
