Roof Renovation and Photovoltaic Installation for Racibórz Labor Office
Thermal modernization of the roof and installation of a photovoltaic micro-installation for the building of the District Labor Office in Racibórz, Klasztorna 6. The freestanding, two-story building with one three-story segment has a bitumen-covered roof with a 5 and 6-degree pitch. Construction works include: removal of old bitumen roofing, roof insulation with mineral wool granulate, laying new Broof t1 bitumen roofing, replacement of boarding with OSB panels, vapor barrier installation on the three-story segment, chimney repair, replacement of roof vents and installation of ventilation chimneys, dismantling and reassembly of the lightning protection system and roof-mounted equipment, sheet metal work, replacement of gutters and downpipes. Electrical works include: supply and installation of aluminum support structures for PV modules on flat roofs, supply and installation of PV modules, supply and installation of an inverter including wiring for PV systems, supply and installation of distribution boards and a fire switch, installation of the earthing system, connection of electrical cables. A manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 years for photovoltaic modules and at least 10 years for inverters is required.
