Roof repair work for Espoo Cultural Centre

Roof repair work for the Espoo Cultural Centre: repair of approximately 3,500 m² of bitumen membrane roof, renewal of roof accessories, roof building services technology, eaves flashings, and waterproofing, correction of the slopes of eaves and HVAC equipment bases. The contract type is a total contract; the contractor acts as general contractor and main implementer according to the Government Decree on construction work safety (2009/205). Preliminary contract period from 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027, the site remains operational during the contract. A mandatory site visit is required for bidders, otherwise the offer will be rejected. A detailed description is included in Appendix 1 'Contract Program' and Appendix 2 'Plans' of the tender documents. The client is not bound by the stated procurement quantities.
