Roof renovation works for Espoo Cultural Centre: Repair of the bituminous membrane roof over an area of approximately 3,500 m², including renewal of roof accessories, building services technology, eaves flashings, and waterproofing; correction of slopes for eaves and HVAC equipment bases. The service is awarded as a total contract, with the contractor acting as main contractor and main implementer according to the Government Decree on Construction Work Safety (2009/205). The preliminary execution period is from 01.09.2026 to 30.04.2027; the site is not in operation during the works. A sanction table, final cleaning, and dust control instructions apply. A mandatory site visit on 29.07. or 31.07. at 12:00 at Espoo Cultural Centre, Kulttuuriaukio 2, 02100 Espoo, is required; registration three days in advance.
