Data Management System for Cultural Heritage Information (SaaS or On-Prem)

Data management system for cultural heritage information: Procurement of a browser-based system for managing information and materials of built cultural heritage and archaeological heritage for the Tornionlaakson museo and Lapin maakuntamuseo. The system will store, manage, and maintain data and digital materials from building research and archaeological surveys and documentation, and create and manage geospatial cultural heritage information. It aims to streamline data processing, enable data sharing via interfaces, and publish selected materials through the Finna service. The scope includes system implementation, testing and documentation, user training and guidance, support and maintenance services, version updates, and system development during the contract period. The solution will be provided either as Software as a Service (SaaS) or as an on-premises solution. JIT 2025 terms apply to SaaS solutions (service contract), and JYSE 2025 Goods terms apply to on-premises solutions (supply contract). Separate data protection agreements are part of the contract.
