Software solution for Deal Management: Support for KfW's deal sourcing, deal pipeline management, due diligence, and customer relationship management processes; this includes identification and analysis of potential investment objects (VC funds and direct investments), support for the pipeline process with funnel stages and information enrichment, facilitation of portfolio planning to track available funds and portfolio impact (pacing), support for the due diligence process to evaluate investments according to internal policies and risk appetite, and support for customer relationship management to identify existing relationships for investment objects. The solution supports users with administrative tasks, workflows, collaboration, documentation, and information, including AI suggestions for data fields and the depiction of multiple workflows such as dealflow, due diligence, and investment decisions.
