Road Surface Renovation K 2143, Open Section Gottenz-Kirchsandstraße

Road surface renovation and cross-section widening of district road K 2143: The road surface will be widened from approx. 4.50 m to approx. 5.00 m over a construction section of 210 m, starting at the southern entrance of Gottenz (kilometer 1.355) to the beginning of the built-up area (kilometer 1.565). Services include surveying existing surface heights and route station signs, creating a surface book, dismantling existing station and traffic signs, removing existing shoulder material (20 cm thick, 0.50 m wide), milling the asphalt surface layer (approx. 2.0 cm thick, partially), excavating soil/sub-base in side areas (approx. 60 cm thick, 1.0 m wide, including summer path), constructing a channel trench for RW-channel DN 300, installing the RW-channel DN 300 with associated manholes (DN 1000) and road drains (300x500) including connection lines DN 150, layer-by-layer backfilling and compaction of the channel trench, soil improvement (soil exchange) approx. 30 cm thick in widening areas with Evd ≤ 45 MPa (left and right), constructing the frost protection layer in summer path and widening areas (left and right) approx. 0.50 m wide, creating profile compensation, laying a bitumen-coated asphalt grid on the milled surface, spraying the milled surface with bitumen emulsion, supplying frost protection material B2 0/32 for the summer path, constructing a round curb system (RB 15x20) on both sides, profile-compliant installation of an asphalt base course AC 32 TN (10 cm thick) on the milled surface/natural stone pavement, profile-compliant installation of an asphalt base course AC 22 TL (8 cm thick) for the summer path, spraying the installed base course with bitumen emulsion, profile-compliant installation of an asphalt wearing course AC 11 DN (4 cm thick) on the milled surface/natural stone pavement, profile-compliant installation of an asphalt wearing course AC 5 DL (2 cm thick) for the summer path, supplying and installing shoulder material (0.20 m thick, 0.50 m wide, frost protection material B2 0/45), and supplying and installing station and traffic signs.
