Dike Elevation Reiherstieg Main Dike 4th Construction Section
Dike elevation of the Reiherstieg Main Dike in the 4th construction section (4th BA): Elevation of the dike body from approximately NHN +7.80 m to NHN +8.40 m to a future NHN +8.90 m, including reuse of existing clay. The section extends from dike kilometer (Dkm) 21.475 to Dkm 21.930. Further services include the demolition and reconstruction of the outer dike path, in partial areas the demolition and reconstruction of the inner dike defense road (paving and asphalt works), the demolition and reconstruction of the dike crossing made of concrete block revetment, the partial demolition and elevation of the staircase, the new construction of an inner dike ditch with terrain adjustments, the demolition and reconstruction of various asphalt traffic routes, the demolition and reconstruction of fence elements, and the establishment of a bypass route for heavy traffic.
