Landfill aftercare for the Liebertwolkwitz, Leinestraße, and Möckern landfills: Monitoring, FID measurement, settlement measurement, and effectiveness control. For the Leinestraße landfill (approx. 28 ha), approximately 24 samples and analyses are to be carried out annually at approximately 24 measuring points, supplemented by annual FID measurements, effectiveness controls, and settlement surveys. For the Liebertwolkwitz landfill (approx. 26 ha), approximately 25 samples and analyses are to be carried out annually at approximately 8 measuring points, also with annual FID measurements, effectiveness controls, and settlement surveys. For the Möckern landfill (approx. 25 ha), approximately 3 samples and analyses are planned annually at approximately 9 measuring points during 2027-2029, and approximately 15 samples and analyses at approximately 16 measuring points in 2030. The service starts on 02.01.2027 and ends on 29.12.2028, with an extension option of 2x 1 year, at most until 31.12.2030, provided the contract is not terminated 6 months before the end of the contract year.
