Design, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of a New National Genomics Laboratory: a fully compliant modular building integrated into the Beaumont Hospital campus. The contractor is responsible for off-site modular fabrication, and for the delivery, lifting, alignment and positioning of all modular building units. The two-storey modular accommodation is to be sited to the rear of the Hospital’s Technical Services Department and adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate in a busy car parking area. As a design and build contract, this includes all necessary works, including civil, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), ICT (Information and Communication Technology), statutory compliance and certification requirements, to deliver a fully-operational facility.
