Detailed Spatial and Regulation Plan for Gorno Trape village, Troyan Municipality

Preparation of a Detailed Spatial and Regulation Plan (ПУП – ПР) for Gorno Trape village, Troyan Municipality: The plan includes defining building boundaries, creating neighborhoods, and a street network. It must be aligned with the General Spatial Plan of Troyan Municipality (ОУПОТ). Areas in Raykovska, Balabanite, Guneshka, and Dlazhkovska are designated for residential areas with free, low-rise development (Жм) or villa zones (Ов). Objectives include defining clear building boundaries, designing a functional street and transport network to ensure access to every property, and sustainable development considering the natural terrain and existing property boundaries. The project requires a full geodesic survey of the relevant properties. If applicable, an amendment to the cadastral map for parts of the properties affected by street regulation must be prepared and coordinated with the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (AGKK) – Lovech before the PUP approval. The draft plan must be submitted to the Municipal Expert Council for Territorial Development (OESUT) of Troyan Municipality for preliminary review.
