Road infrastructure diagnostics with software solution and work programming

Road infrastructure diagnostics: Acquisition and implementation of a software solution for road surveys, data integration, and assistance with work programming, structured in phases. Phase 1 includes the development of the survey method, software implementation, operational setup, and aptitude verification. This involves method development, software implementation, operational setup, and surveying a test area (Sub-Phase 1A), followed by aptitude verification by Rennes Métropole based on this test survey (Sub-Phase 1B). Phase 2 covers field surveys, data integration into the software, notation and mapping of degradations, and regular service verification. This comprises initial field surveys over 500 km, data integration, and regular service verification (Sub-Phase 2A), as well as the continuation and completion of field surveys with subsequent data integration (Sub-Phase 2B). Phase 3 provides assistance with work programming, divided into method development (Sub-Phase 3A) and assistance with work programming (Sub-Phase 3B). Additionally, a framework agreement for the management of the software solution is included, covering hosting, consultation for Rennes Métropole users, and training. This framework agreement has no minimum and an annual maximum of 70,000 EUR net for maintenance, is single-award, and will be executed via unit price lists and purchase orders, as well as subsequent contracts. Services are paid by unit and lump-sum prices. The indicative contract notification date is December 1, 2026.
