Services for Operational and Property Management

Services for operational and property management: Consultancy, planning, and execution of tasks related to the operation of office premises, special rooms, meeting and conference rooms, environmental management, reception, and switchboard services. Services are primarily provided for the Norwegian Environment Agency's office in Oslo. One main resource corresponding to a full-time position must be provided. For temporary additional needs, supplementary resources of up to half a position are to be supplied at short notice. Substitute staff for the main resource during absence (holidays, illness, leave of absence) must also be provided. Prioritization and execution of tasks occur in close cooperation with employees of the Husdrift business area in Oslo and Trondheim.
