Services for the installation and removal of snow fences on provincial roads administered by the Biała Podlaska Road District: Collection of snow fences and poles, transport and installation on road sections specified by the contracting authority, removal of fences and dismantling of poles after the winter season, transport, unloading, and storage of materials at the collection point or another location designated by the contracting authority, including quantitative and qualitative settlement. Fences are to be installed at a distance of 8 to 12 times the fence height from the road edge, in positive temperatures to ensure proper net tension, with a stake distance of 2.50 m and a stake foundation depth of approximately 75 cm. The maximum length of a single fence section is 25 m, with a distance of 3 m between sections. Material collection takes place Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.
