Services under a framework agreement: execution of feasibility studies and investigations related to infrastructure projects and mobility; study and design for infrastructure projects, potentially including replacement of existing sewerage with a separate system; design and study of engineering structures (bridges and tunnels); execution of traffic engineering studies; preparation of start notes, project notes, and evaluation notes; execution of topographical surveys; preparation of corresponding expropriation plans; preparation of Project EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment); execution of various nature studies (appropriate assessment, general nature assessment, intensified nature assessment, tree assessment, etc.); preparation of soil (water) investigations and dewatering studies; preparation of environmental permit application dossiers; coordination and monitoring of utility company works according to the role of "designer" as described in the "Practical guide for works in the vicinity of utility infrastructure in public areas in Flanders"; development of detailed tender documents (plans, specifications, survey, and detailed cost estimate); assistance with construction supervision; quality assurance throughout the entire study assignment; provision of services related to BIM (Building Information Management) as well as communication and participation; deployment of various profiles to provide the aforementioned services.
