Services for the design, implementation, and operation of a digital environment and operational support for the asset transfer process of interconnected ESMI users to ADMIE: total estimated contract value €2,100,000.00 plus VAT, with €1,400,000.00 budgeted for 24 months as a maximum offer limit. Option rights with a total estimated value of up to €700,000.00 plus VAT (50% of the budget) include an extension option of up to 12 months under the same terms and unit prices, with an estimated value of up to 50% of the original contract value (maximum €700,000.00 plus VAT), applicable to the total contract duration, the maintenance and support period (Phase A.2.5), and/or Workflow B services beyond the foreseen 12 months. A scope increase option of up to 50% of the original contract value for services PA.1.1 and PA.1.2 by assigning more than 150 additional cases is also included; the contract duration may be extended accordingly, but not exceeding the maximum extension limit of option A.
