Physical protection and cash in transit services for the 41st Air Force Training Base in Dęblin: Provision of a Specialized Armed Protection Unit (SUFO) for the protection of persons and property in the complexes supplied by the 41st BLSz in Dęblin, and for cash in transit. Services include direct physical protection of the Dęblin Lotnisko complex (41st BLSz) with 160,320 rbh in 2027 and 160,020 rbh in 2028, as well as temporary posts at Dęblin Lotnisko with 480 rbh in 2027 and 480 rbh in 2028. Also included are cash in transit in PLN from Dęblin to Dęblin with 40 convoys in 2027 and 40 convoys in 2028, and cash in transit in foreign currency from Dęblin to Lublin with 40 convoys in 2027 and 40 convoys in 2028. The contract duration for physical protection and temporary posts is from December 31, 2026, 3:00 PM, to December 31, 2028, 3:00 PM (24 months), and for cash in transit from December 31, 2026, to December 31, 2028. An option for extension until March 31, 2029, is possible. The contractor must agree to provide physical protection services by SUFO in the affected facilities in the event of mobilization, the introduction of martial law, or during wartime, in accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulation of April 28, 2022, on militarization. The contract's execution in 2028 depends on the allocation of financial resources.
