Services for Traffic Counting, Analysis, and Dynamic Simulations

Services for traffic counting, analysis, and dynamic simulations: Provision of traffic counting, analysis, and dynamic simulation services for Saint Etienne Métropole to support its traffic observatory and for specific traffic studies. Services include directional counts, automatic counts, active mode counts (bicycles, pedestrians, personal mobility devices), origin/destination surveys, parking surveys, functional malfunction analysis with reporting, and dynamic simulations. These services are to be performed on all roads within the metropolitan area, both urban and rural. The framework agreement will be executed via purchase orders. The maximum value of services for the initial contract period is 250,000 EUR net.
