Services for VPOS and qvik Payments
Services for direct electronic bank card payments (VPOS) and qvik payments: Provision of services in the NAV-Mobil application and on NAV web interfaces. A framework agreement is to be concluded for the provision of the service, with a net total amount of 1,647,991,847 Ft, of which 70% is subject to a call-off obligation. The service provider must ensure services that meet the conditions defined in the technical specification, without restricting the offer to only web or only mobile app services, or to specific tax types. Tasks include providing high-level electronic payment functions and providing experts fully familiar with the service to support connection during the implementation phase. Service expectations: Identifiability of transactions, immediate feedback to NAV IT systems, retrievability of transaction data, technical and functional capability to handle the data entry solution (AFR2) according to MNB Regulation 35/2017 (XII. 14.), provision of a comprehensive merchant control panel for real-time transaction tracking and service monitoring, protection of data transmitted via the service, secure handling and forwarding of bank card data to the card issuer, multilingual operation (Hungarian and English), processing of transactions in Hungarian Forint (HUF). VPOS payment service: Settlement of bank card transactions to the payment account specified by NAV within Transaction Day +1 business day. VPOS analytics: Attachment of analytics containing the affected transactions to the daily transfer within 12 hours after the transfer. Commission: The full amount paid by the customer must be credited to the account specified by NAV, and the commission will be charged periodically monthly in arrears. Load: The service must be capable of processing at least 41,500 transactions per calendar hour. Response times: The response time for question-answer-based communication must not exceed 6 seconds, with an average expected response time of 1 second. Operating systems: The payment process must function on devices running Android 10 or higher and iOS 15 or higher. Provision of a complete technical documentation package, test system, and sample code to support implementation. The user must be able to choose between the payment services offered and other NAV services within the NAV mobile client. Support for NAV web-based services: Comprehensive professional support for the integration of the service. Provision of a test environment that fully matches the functions of the live system, with dedicated IT support during implementation, testing, and operation. Communication protocol: For implementation and testing questions, the service provider must provide information within a maximum of 1 business day after notification via the JIRA system or email. further items as per the tender documents
