WAN Operator Services for KSI ZUS

WAN operator services for KSI ZUS: Data transmission services at Layer 3 of the ISO/OSI model, ensuring full-mesh connectivity between all locations listed in Table 2, Table 4, and Table 5 of Annex 7 to the SWZ. Implementation and maintenance of an SD-WAN Network Management System (SZS), including the lease of software, licenses, and necessary devices for the SZS at all specified locations. The contract duration is a maximum of 4 years (48 months) from the contract date. Preparation and installation of the infrastructure, including the lease and delivery of devices and software, must occur within a maximum of 6 months (implementation and technical test period). Central SD-WAN elements and links for COO and ZCOO (Table 5, Annex 7) must be implemented and operational within 3 months from the contract date. Comprehensive WAN operator services, service, and technical support for all delivered devices and software are to commence after the implementation and technical period and last for a maximum of 42 months, but not earlier than May 31, 2027, until the contract expires. A complete set of instructional credits or vouchers for authorized/certified training on technologies used by the SZS is to be provided within 60 days from the contract date; the vouchers must be utilized within 18 months from the contract date. A site visit is permitted for bidders at the locations mentioned in Table 2, Table 4, and Table 5 of Annex 7 to the SWZ. An option for additional orders up to 50% of the basic contract value (excluding training) for similar services, such as relocating links or adding new locations and devices within the WAN KSI ZUS, is foreseen.
