Technical Support Office services for the 'Alcalá Smart Industry' project: Provision of expert, technical, legal-administrative, and management support to ensure the correct processing and execution of Public Procurement of Innovation (CPI) procedures and compliance with European funding requirements. This includes coordinating all involved agents, structuring project governance, preparing necessary tender documentation, and orienting innovative purchasing processes towards real, viable, scalable, and interoperable solutions with municipal systems and the local industrial ecosystem. Furthermore, the scope covers support services for project planning, coordination, and monitoring; assistance in defining and maturing public challenges and needs; the preparation and/or support for drafting technical and administrative specifications for CPI tenders and the entire tendering process. Also included is subsequent accompaniment during the execution of awarded contracts, controlling monitoring, milestones, risks, results, and functional coherence between actions, as well as specialized support for economic-administrative management, FEDER justification, and documentary and audit traceability of the project, ensuring compliance with applicable principles and regulatory requirements for CPI and European co-financing.
